Sales have been smooth this week, with a positive atmosphere regarding shipments. The price of methanol in the Panjin area remains stable at 1,640 yuan per ton, ex-works. In the Shenyang area, the price of methanol stays steady at 1,700–1,720 yuan per ton, also ex-works. Traders are selling at a moderate pace, while downstream buyers make purchases according to their needs. The methanol market in Henan is operating in an orderly manner. Leading companies have raised their quotes, while other companies do not yet have any new offers. The reference price at the manufacturers’ outlets is 1480–1530 yuan per ton in cash terms; in the Luoyang market, the quoted price is 1500–1510 yuan per ton in cash terms. Trading remains stagnant.
