Construction Begins on Hongda Co., Ltd.’s New Type of Compound Fertilizer Project Author/Source: Sinochem News Network Date: July 20, 2020 Clicks: 699 Recently, Sichuan Hongda Co., Ltd. held a ceremony to mark the start of construction on its project to produce 200,000 tons per year of green, new-type compound fertilizers. Located in the phosphate chemical industry base in Shifang City, Sichuan Province, this project is a key initiative for Hongda Co., Ltd. to drive the transformation and upgrading of its phosphate chemical industry as well as to adjust its product portfolio. The project requires an investment of over 63 million yuan, with a construction period of around 180 days; completion is expected by December this year. Hongda Co., Ltd. stated that once this project is implemented, the company’s compound fertilizer production will be able to cover the needs of all types of crops, thereby enhancing the company’s ability to withstand risks and its competitiveness in the market. It will also help the company achieve clean production methods and higher-level development in the phosphorus chemicals industry.
