The third-phase technical transformation and upgrading project was launched on October 28, 2018, and is mainly divided into three modules: 400,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 600,000 tons of urea, 80,000 tons of melamine, And the plant’s auxiliary facilities. “The newly added hydrolysis system and high-efficiency exhaust purification system for tower granulation as part of this upgrade enable the recovery of a large amount of urea particles, thereby increasing the conversion rate of raw materials and achieving zero emissions. ”Yang Xiaoqin, the chief engineer of Xinjiang Yihua, said that after full resumption of production, the company expects to increase its sales revenue by 1.3 billion yuan, its profits by 210 million yuan, and its tax payments by 100 million yuan.
