As of October 30, 2020, Gasifier C had been in operation for 116 consecutive days, setting a new record for the longest operating period of this gasifier (the previous record was 90 days). To ensure the safe and stable operation of the production facilities, the gas generation center developed a long-term operation plan specifically for Gasification Furnace C, the core equipment, and organized employees to study it carefully. All relevant staff are required to strictly follow the new procedures during the operation of Furnace C. While ensuring strict control over various process parameters, efforts must be intensified to strengthen basic management: first, inspections should be enhanced, with the inspection rate included in the evaluation system for shift teams, thereby boosting staff enthusiasm for conducting inspections ； Second, it is necessary to strengthen operation and maintenance, increase efforts to identify and rectify potential hazards, and promptly address issues such as leaks, spills, and other problems with pipelines and equipment during operation ； Third, strengthen the control of process parameters; for those parameters with a high rate of deviation from standard values, the center organizes technical personnel to hold discussions, explore solutions, and develop specific improvement measures ； Fourth, strengthen the management of chemical addition; the center conducts random inspections of the records related to chemical addition on a weekly basis, and makes timely adjustments to the amount and frequency of chemical addition based on the actual operating conditions. Next, the gas production center will continue to actively explore ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency in gasifiers. It will seek technical breakthroughs by attempting to extend the operating cycle of these gasifiers, optimize process operations, and reduce the frequency of maintenance tasks, thereby making a meaningful contribution to the company’s efforts to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency.
