We need to establish a synthetic ammonia-alkali plant. Synthetic ammonia: 50,000 tons per year. Alkalis: Alkalis are produced in large quantities as part of the ammonia synthesis process. Raw material: Natural gas. Steam and salt provided by the power plant. Factory address: Ghana, Africa. If there is this technology, communication is possible.
Several design institutes from the former Ministry of Chemical Industry can carry out this design. For the entire caustic soda production process, turn to Tianchen Institute. 50,000 tons per year of synthetic ammonia is a rather small scale, and it’s not cost-effective. But for the brothers in Africa, this scale is already quite large; Ghana itself is not very big, and its population is also small.

There is now a new technology for producing soda ash using an ammonia-free process; no need to build ammonia synthesis plants, and the investment required for soda ash production is reduced by 40%.
