Around 11 p.m. on November 13, after more than ten hours of hard work, a gas pipeline that was nearly 10 meters high, 500 millimeters in diameter, and over 100 meters long was successfully installed. This pipeline represents a new source of gas for the production of melamine in Phase II of the Linyi facility; it ensures a stable supply of raw materials necessary for resuming triamine production, thereby providing strong support for the company’s economic performance. At 13:50 on the 14th, gas supply was resumed to the third amine unit in Phase 2 of Unit 1#, and amine production returned to normal. All personnel worked together as one, driven by a strong sense of urgency and responsibility as well as a determined will; they worked from early morning until late at night, and with concerted effort, completed the renovation work efficiently and safely. As is well known, thanks to the advantages of the domestic chemical industry market and the growing potential of domestic demand, the price of triamine has risen from 5,500 yuan per ton to 7,000 yuan per ton, which is encouraging. However, in order to win the \"environmental protection battle,\" the Linyi branch reduced production by shutting down System 2, which led to a disruption in the gas supply and forced the shutdown of the second-phase triamine production facility. “The situation of \"even the most skillful cook cannot prepare a meal without rice\" left all the managers and employees of the Linyi branch extremely worried. To address this issue, the team leading the Linyi branch held discussions, made several on-site inspections, and after thorough analysis, they quickly developed a scientific and reasonable plan for renovation – one that involved reconfiguring a gas pipeline from the outlet of the purification Roots blower in System 1 to the triamine system in Phase 2.
