The pyrolysis process involves lifting urea particles, dissolving urea, storing the solution, transporting it, measuring it, and then carrying out an adiabatic decomposition reaction. In accordance with the capacity requirements of the reductant storage and preparation systems for the denitration devices of the 2 boilers in Ningdong Phase II, a common reductant storage, unloading, and supply area is designated, and the design of this common area is carried out such that the denitration efficiency remains at least 85%. The ammonia production process via urea pyrolysis must ensure that the supply of reducing agent is sufficient to meet the requirements of different boiler loads and denitrification efficiency. The site of Guoneng Ningdong No. 2 Power Generation Co., Ltd. is located within the Yuanyanghu mining area of the Ningdong coal basin, approximately 90 km straight southeast of Yinchuan City and about 40 km straight southeast of Lingwu City. It is bordered by the Yuanyanghu mining area to the north, about 4.0 km away from the Yuanyang-Feng road to the west, and about 6.0 km away from Majiatan Town to the south. Transportation conditions: Within Lingwu City, there are expressways, national highways 211 and 307, as well as municipal roads X307 and 311, forming a road transportation network with four vertical and five horizontal routes, thus ensuring very convenient road transportation. Currently, there is the Dagu Railway, a dedicated line for the Lingwu mining area belonging to the local railway network. It starts from Daba Station on the Baotou-Lanzhou Railway in the west and extends to Guyaozi Station in the Lingwu mining area in the east, with a total length of 70.1 km. The sites of Guoneng Ningxia Yuanyanghu No.1 Power Generation Co., Ltd. and Shenhua Guoneng Ningxia Yuanyanghu Power Generation Co., Ltd. are located about 2 kilometers northeast of Ciyaobao Town in Lingwu City, under the jurisdiction of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. They are approximately 4.0 kilometers north of National Highway 307, and adjacent to the Ciyaobao water supply station to the east. The factory is located about 34 kilometers west of Lingwu City and approximately 64.5 kilometers away from Yinchuan City; it sits in an eroded area among desert low hills. The natural elevation of the plant site is 1312.3–1330.5 m. Most of the site area is semi-desertified wasteland. The 2×1100MW unit project at the power plant is one of the power generation units that support the **planned Ningdong-Zhejiang ±800 kV UHV DC transmission project. Two 1100MW ultra-supercritical indirect air-cooled coal-fired units will be built as part of the expansion phase of the first phase of this project, and flue gas desulfurization, denitrification, and high-efficiency dust removal facilities will be installed in accordance with zero-emission standards. 2.1.2 Scope of the tender: The scope of the tender for Guoneng Ningdong No. 2 Power Generation Co., Ltd. includes the packaging, transportation, supply, and loading/unloading of urea. A total of 2,945 tons of urea is to be purchased, with the following requirements: total nitrogen (on a dry basis) content ≥ 46.0%, biuret content ≤ 1.0%, water (H2O) content ≤ 0.7%, iron (as Fe) content ≤ 0.0010%, alkalinity (as NH3) content ≤ 0.03%, **sulfate (as SO42-) content ≤ 0.020%, and water-insoluble substances content ≤ 0.040%. Scope of the tender for Guoneng Ningxia Yuanyanghu No.1 Power Generation Co., Ltd.: Packaging, transportation, supply, and loading/unloading of urea. The planned quantity to be purchased is 1,400 tons. The required specifications are as follows: total nitrogen (N), on a dry basis, % ≥ 46.0; biuret % ≤ 1.0; water (H2O) content % ≤ 0.7; iron (as Fe) % ≤ 0.0010; alkalinity (as NH3) % ≤ 0.03; sulfates (as SO42-) % ≤ 0.020; water-insoluble substances % ≤ 0.040; particle size with d0.85–2.80 mm ≥ 90%. Scope of the tender by Shenhua Guoneng Ningxia Yuanyanghu Power Generation Co., Ltd.: Packaging, transportation, supply, and loading/unloading of urea. The planned quantity to be purchased is 3,440 tons. Requirements include: total nitrogen (N), on a dry basis, % ≥ 46.0; biuret % ≤ 1.0; water (H2O) content % ≤ 0.7; iron (as Fe) % ≤ 0.0010; alkalinity (as NH3) % ≤ 0.03; sulfates (as SO42-) % ≤ 0.020; water-insoluble substances % ≤ 0.040; and particle size within the range of d0.85–2.80 mm to be ≥ 90%. Bids for this tender are to be submitted based on the price of urea at the time of delivery to the plant, while the final settlement amount will be determined according to the actual amount used.
