It is understood that for the oxygen delivery system in the methanol gasification unit of this filling and completion project, not only are the pipelines long and numerous, but there are also many valves at the furnace head. To ensure the safety of oxygen introduction in the facility, technicians from the methanol vaporization and air separation units exercised strict control over all stages, including the inspection of oxygen pipeline materials, welding, degreasing, on-site installation, pressure testing, purging, and airtightness checks. Before introducing oxygen, the relevant personnel developed a specific plan to effectively implement safety measures and ensure that the oxygen pipelines could be put into operation safely.
