Anhua Group’s vehicle urea production facility was successfully put into operation after the process modification / Author/Source: Anhua Group Date: 2020-12-21 Clicks: 12 On the afternoon of December 10, thanks to the joint efforts of all employees and staff at Anhua Group’s fertilizer company, the vehicle urea production facility was able to produce qualified products; the key performance indicators met or exceeded the ** standards, indicating that the modification of the particle material preparation process for vehicle urea was successful from the first attempt. Affected by environmental regulations and the need to phase out outdated production capacity, synthetic ammonia/urea plants are shut down. The previous process of using urea solutions to produce vehicle-grade urea can no longer meet production demands, which directly impacts the manufacture of vehicle-grade urea. The device was originally designed to use urine pumped from the second urea production system of the fertilizer company; after being mixed with ultra-pure water, this urine is used to produce vehicle-grade urea. To ensure the proper operation of the urea system in vehicles, technical upgrades are necessary; the use of granular urea is required to guarantee normal functionality. The urea plant carried out technical upgrades to the equipment based on the actual conditions on site; to save costs, all materials used for these upgrades were recycled. In order to produce qualified automotive urea products as soon as possible, all departments of the fertilizer company worked together, collaborated with one another, worked overtime, overcame difficulties, and promptly resolved various issues that arose during the transformation process. After half a month of relentless effort, the modification for preparing the granular raw materials for the vehicle urea production system was successfully completed. Following trials with the feed materials, vehicle urea products were successfully produced. Analysis of the product solution showed a urea content of 32.5%, a biuret content of 0.2%, and an aldehyde content of 2 mg/kg; all these values were above the **specified standards. Thanks to the excellent quality of the products, sales have gradually increased, rising from 2 tons per day to over 5 tons per day, which has laid a foundation for the company’s reform and development.
