On July 15, Anhui Keda Clean Energy Co., Ltd. signed a contract for the upgrading of coal-to-gas production with Hebei Tianyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. The successful signing of this contract marks the application of the company’s clean coal-to-gas technology, which is protected by intellectual property rights, in the ammonia synthesis industry. It also provides new technologies and processes for the upgrading of small and medium-sized ammonia synthesis facilities. The Hebei Tianyuan Clean Gasification Project is located in the Circular Economy Industrial Park in Quyang County, Hebei Province. The project involves the construction of two sets of 45 kNm3/h circulating fluidized bed gasification systems, one set of 20 kNm3/h gas flow bed gasification system, along with related supporting facilities. Upon completion of the project, the clean gas produced can replace the existing fixed-bed gas as the feed gas for the ammonia synthesis plant. Since this project uses pulverized coal as raw material and employs a combined operation of fluidized bed and gas flow bed, it not only significantly improves the comprehensive utilization rate of coal but also reduces the production cost of the feed gas, thereby supporting the long-term development of the enterprise.
