Three units of Donghua Technology’s petrochemical gas project were successfully handed over/Author/Source: Donghua Technology ECEC Date: 2020-12-24 Clicks: 11 On December 21, three units of Donghua Technology’s large-scale coal gasification turnkey project – namely the water treatment plant (401), the comprehensive pressure pumping station (410), and the raw water pipelines outside the facility boundary – were successfully handed over. The water treatment plant (401) is part of the utility facilities supporting the Fuhua Gas large-scale coal gasification project; it uses water sourced from Fujian to produce water of suitable quality for industrial and domestic use, with a designed treatment capacity of 40,000 m3/day ； The integrated pressure pumping station (410) is equipped with 2 fire water tanks of 10,000 cubic meters each, 1 domestic water tank of 80 cubic meters, as well as the necessary pumps for domestic use, production purposes, and firefighting; it serves as the water supply center for the entire plant. The Fuhua project team at Donghua Technology has formulated a detailed completion plan centered around the overall project delivery goals, working closely with the client to carry out commissioning activities. They are making every effort to advance various construction tasks, including pipeline pressure testing, instrument installation and calibration, individual testing of rotating equipment, as well as anti-corrosion and insulation work.
