To improve the level of safety management in the company, Huarui recently moved the control rooms for the air separation, urea, and synthesis processes, along with their associated alarms, from the sites where the circulating water systems are located to the control building. If following conventional methods, it is necessary to lay new cables from the power distribution room to the control building, which results in a long construction period, high costs, and significant workload. To this end, Huarui Company utilizes a wireless two-way feedback controller to achieve cost reduction and improved efficiency. By installing signal transmitters and receivers in each distribution room and circulating water control room, this approach enables the function of issuing alarms when equipment stops operating, thus effectively solving the problems of long construction times, high costs, and heavy workload. Currently, the installation and commissioning of the relevant equipment have been fully completed. The equipment is operating stably and has achieved the desired results.
