The 150,000 tons/year coke oven gas production unit is operating normally, with a daily output of around 500 tons. The price of methanol at Shanxi Hongyuan is not available yet. The plant’s 120,000 tons per year methanol production facility using coke oven gas has been shut down. The price of methanol in Mingshui, Shandong remains stable at 2,340 yuan per ton, payable in cash upon delivery ； The 600,000 tons per year coal-to-chemicals plant is operating at full capacity, producing 2,000 tons per day. Shandong Yankuang Guohong’s external price for methanol has been increased by 10 yuan per ton, to 2,340 yuan per ton in cash upon delivery. Its 640,000-ton-per-year coal-based methanol production facility was temporarily shut down on the evening of December 22 due to equipment failures; the time when operations will resume is yet to be determined.
