On June 28, Yangmei Pingyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. has not provided a price for urea at the moment. On June 28, the urea production facilities at Shandong Ruixing Chemical Co., Ltd. were operating normally. The plant has an annual urea production capacity of 1.6 million tons, and currently produces around 5,000 tons per day. The spot price for small-particle urea is 2,760 yuan per ton; the price has increased by 60 yuan per ton, with the actual transaction price being determined through negotiation. Upstream coal prices have risen sharply recently, providing stronger cost support. From the demand side: agricultural demand is gradually declining in various regions, with a reduction in agricultural demand ； However, the price of downstream compound fertilizers has risen, while rubber sheet factories and melamine manufacturers are operating at a decent level, with production mainly carried out as needed. From a supply perspective: Recently, urea producers have continued to carry out plant maintenance; daily output remains below the same period last year. The supply side has tightened, while both corporate and societal inventories remain at low levels. In some regions, shortages of coal have led to production cuts. Overall, the cost of urea is seeing increased support, downstream demand remains stable, and the supply of urea is tight.
