III. Qualification requirements for bidders 1. Bidders must be entities registered in China with independent legal person status, capable of assuming civil liability independently, in good financial condition, and must provide the audited financial report for the previous year (including an overview, income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement) ； 2. Bank credit certificate or enterprise financial credit rating AAA certificate ； 3. Those with the same or similar equipment performance, currently in operation, and providing performance records along with copies of representative contracts ； 4. Bidders must be manufacturers with the capabilities for the design, manufacturing, and technical support of the products they bid on ； 5. The ability to fulfill the contract, including the required professional and technical qualifications and capabilities, financial resources, equipment and other facilities, management skills, experience, reputation, as well as appropriate personnel; not being under a suspension order, having its bidding rights revoked, or having its assets seized, frozen or being in bankruptcy ； 6. No significant illegal records such as bid fraud or serious breach of contract in the past three years ； 7. **Other qualification requirements stipulated by laws and administrative regulations** ； 8. Joint bids are not accepted for this tender. 9.
