While ensuring that the differential pressure generator sets operated at full capacity, it made use of the time difference between the 2.5–0.6 Mpa differential pressure generator sets and the low-pressure steam network. By making full use of the heating intervals of the molecular sieves and strictly controlling the boiler feedwater temperature at no more than 185°C, the 2.5 Mpa medium-pressure steam generated as a by-product of methanol synthesis was directed into the 0.5 Mpa steam network via valve PV-25016, thereby increasing the operating load of the waste heat generation units. As a result of these adjustments over recent times, it has been possible to increase the power output of these waste heat generators by 500 KW per hour, resulting in an average daily revenue of 8,500 yuan, all while maintaining the total boiler load unchanged.
