Recently, news came from Jiangsu Debang Xinghua Chemical’s 350,000-ton synthetic ammonia project: the Jinhua Furnace 3.0, developed independently by Lu’an Huaji, has enabled the successful production of synthetic ammonia in this project. The steam generated as a by-product from the waste heat recovery system is being produced at full capacity, and the equipment has been operating safely and stably for one week now. It is reported that this project utilizes the water-cooled wall directly connected to a waste boiler gasifier technology for coal slurry (Jinhua Furnace 3.0). The gasification unit is equipped with two units in parallel; the gasification pressure is 6.5 MpaG, and the total gas output is 110,000 Nm³/h (CO + H₂).
