Land area: The construction project covers an area of 1,676,675 m2.
Project investment: The total investment amounts to 1,199,412 million yuan, of which approximately 979,200 million yuan is allocated to environmental protection measures.
Production capacity: 1.2 million tons per year of synthetic ammonia, 650,000 tons per year of urea, 950,000 tons per year of new types of high-efficiency nitrogen fertilizers, 1 million tons per year of high-efficiency compound fertilizers and water-soluble fertilizers, 160,000 tons per year of melamine, 500,000 tons per year of ammonium carbonate, 400,000 tons per year of formaldehyde, 400,000 tons per year of hydrogen peroxide, 500,000 tons per year of exhaust gas treatment agents for vehicles and ships, and 200,000 tons per year of organic amines. Construction contents: The main components of the project include a gasification unit, a purification unit, an ammonia synthesis unit, a urea production unit, an air separation unit, units for producing high-efficiency compound fertilizers and water-soluble fertilizers, a unit for producing fluids for treating vehicle and ship exhaust gases, a hydrogen peroxide production unit, a melamine production unit, an ammonium carbonate production unit, a formaldehyde production unit, an organic amine production unit, units for producing liquid products as by-products of air separation as well as rare gases, and a sulfuric acid production line ； Auxiliary facilities mainly include air compressors stations, boiler rooms, desalination plants, heat recovery systems, flare systems, a central laboratory, and administrative buildings ； Storage and transportation engineering mainly includes coal yards, ash storage areas, machine repair shops, general warehouses, conveyor belts, tank farms, chemical storage areas, and product warehouses ； The utility facilities mainly include water treatment plants, substations, fire stations, foam stations, etc ； Environmental protection engineering primarily includes wastewater treatment, reclaimed water reuse, exhaust gas treatment, zone-specific anti-seepage measures, flare systems, hazardous waste storage facilities, solid waste storage facilities, initial rainwater ponds, and emergency spill response ponds. The total investment for Phase I is approximately 12 billion yuan. It is planned to complete the construction and commissioning of the project in three years, in multiple stages ； The total planned investment for the second-phase project is around 10 billion yuan. It focuses on the development of integrated projects that combine coal chemical and petrochemical processes, with propylene, petroleum benzene, methanol, and propane being purchased externally to facilitate the production of raw materials and intermediates used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, textiles, and fine chemicals, including butanol, caprolactam, nylon, and acetic acid.
