Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd. plans to invest 56 million yuan to build a new project for high-efficiency, green fertilizers within its existing northern factory complex. The new high-efficiency green fertilizer project involves restructuring the product lineup of Haoyuan Company’s northern plant’s existing 400,000 tons per year urea production facility; 300,000 tons per year of that urea will be converted into 300,000 tons per year of high-efficiency green fertilizer (large-grain urea) using the drum fluidized bed process technology. The project will be constructed on the vacant land south of the existing 400,000-ton urea plant; utilities and auxiliary facilities will utilize the existing infrastructure. There are no structures or buildings to be demolished within the site area. Construction period: The construction of the project will take approximately 6 months, with completion and commissioning expected by June 2026. In January 2026, Anhui Haoyuan Chemical disclosed the project on its official website.
