As of December 28, more than half of the renovation tasks for the company’s large-scale fertilizer production facility have been completed, with all maintenance activities progressing as planned. For the two-stage furnace of the synthesis unit, tasks such as equipment defect rectification and erection of internal scaffolding have been completed; it has now entered the stages of lightweight castable and corundum castable application ； For the urea plant, the radiographic testing of stripper X and the turbine maintenance have been completed; currently, efforts are underway to rectify equipment defects and reinstall the turbine ； The completed unit has undergone modifications to its DCS/SIS systems and replacement of output cables. It is currently undergoing commissioning; it is expected to be ready for operation today ； The instrumentation team is currently carrying out commissioning work for the synthesis and urea plants’ DCS/SIS systems, as well as the gas turbine systems ； The electrical team has successfully completed the replacement of the gas turbine charger in the synthesis unit as well as the inspection of the main body of Transformer No. 2; tests on the main transformer are currently in progress.
