Lutianhua I nitric acid plant operated for a record 160 days without interruption

According to Lutianhua, at 1:45 on March 21, 2026, the I-nitration unit achieved 160 days of continuous, safe, and stable operation. During this period, a total of 30,370 tons of nitric acid were produced, of which 18,628 tons were concentrated acid and 320.49 tons was dinitrogen tetroxide, thus successfully achieving the goal of operating over an extended period of time. Lutianhua I Nitric Acid Plant uses a comprehensive nitric acid production process and was put into operation in 1977. The original designed capacity was 40,000 tons, with multiple capacity expansion and technological upgrades.
