The two production lines at the BDO plant of Shaanxi Chemical Industry have been fully operational, paving the way for increased production and better efficiency. Recently, both Phase I and Phase II of the butanediol production facilities at the BDO plant have become fully operational, thus creating new opportunities for the company to boost its BDO production and achieve greater efficiency. To ensure the efficient and long-term use of hydrogenation catalysts, the company and its subsidiaries pooled their ideas and efforts to determine multiple technical improvement measures. Pre-installing activated carbon pre-filters before the feed filters in phases 1 and 2 of BYD, using the feed pumps in phase 2 for oil separation and recovery, adding vacuum units in phase 2, installing self-regulating valves in several key locations in phase 1, and establishing detailed operating procedures for the product extraction pumps in phase 1 – all these measures are aimed at ensuring seamless and efficient operation of the BDO production lines in both phases over extended periods of time. As of December 28, Phase 1 produced 1,385.853 tons of BDO, while Phase 2 produced 6,400.49 tons of BDO. Upon the completion of the dual-line connection, the branch factory will maintain stable production operations with enthusiastic workmanship, a positive work attitude, and high-standard operational skills, thereby achieving production targets and ushering in a new chapter of success.
