On April 11, 2026, after days of round-the-clock efforts by all employees, the synthetic distillation unit was successfully commissioned on its first attempt. At present, all mechanical and electrical equipment is operating smoothly, with all parameters within the specified ranges; qualified products are being produced, thus demonstrating a commitment to rapid resumption of production through practical actions and a sense of responsibility. Shanxi Jinxiang Coal Chemical Company carried out a conversion to pure-oxygen oxidation. On March 5, 2026, the entire production process was operational, and qualified urea products were produced, marking the transition of the pure-oxygen oxidation project into the production and operation phase. Shanxi Jinxiang Company uses bituminous coal from Jincheng as raw material, and employs pure oxygen oxidation along with carbon dioxide stripping processes to produce 180,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, along with 60,000 tons of methanol and 300,000 tons of urea as by-products.
