Orders are still mainly received through MTO; the traditional downstream sectors have not yet recovered, resulting in weak market activity. The methanol market in Anhui region has seen slight adjustments, with the market-guided price ranging from 1,900 to 1,970 yuan per ton upon acceptance; the price is lower in Huaibei and higher in Fuyang. There is limited substantial demand from end-users, resulting in modest trading volume at the market. The methanol price in northern Shaanxi remains stable at 1,600 yuan per ton; new prices are being established one after another, and the trading atmosphere is favorable. The methanol market in the Two Lakes region is operating in a regulated manner. Hubei-based companies are offering stable prices; the reference price is 2,000–2,050 yuan per ton in cash terms, while the actual price at the factory is around 1,870–1,900 yuan per ton in cash terms.
