From the side of enterprises, the offers remain stable; the reference price at the factory is 1,850 yuan per ton in cash terms. In the Luoyang market, the reference prices range from 1,840 to 1,860 yuan per ton in cash terms. Some downstream enterprises purchase goods at lower prices in moderate quantities, while traders hold large inventories, resulting in weak actual transaction volumes. The methanol market in Shanxi region has seen both rises and falls. The prevailing transaction price in Linfen for high-end products has dropped by 40 yuan per ton, to 1690–1710 yuan per ton ex-works in cash ； In the Changzhi area, online auctions result in a selling price of 1760–1770 yuan per ton, ex-plant and in cash ； The price of mainstream products in the Jincheng area has risen by 70 yuan per ton, reaching 1,800 yuan per ton ex-works in cash ； The auction price in the Lüliang area has reached 1,660 yuan per ton, ex-plant in cash ； Prices in Yuncheng area are not available yet ； The prevailing transaction price in Datong is 1,710 yuan per ton, ex-works in cash. The auction results were fairly good, with most of the goods being sent to Shandong and Henan. The methanol market in the Dongying area of Shandong has dropped by 10–20 yuan per ton, reaching 1880–1900 yuan per ton ex-warehouse in cash terms. It is reported that market participants are pessimistic; there has been an increase in shipments recently, and further declines are expected. In southern Shandong, the market price for methanol is 1950–1970 yuan per ton in cash terms; in Linyi, the price for locally sourced methanol is 1950–1960 yuan per ton, while the price for methanol delivered via logistics is around 1900 yuan per ton. Formaldehyde prices have not recovered yet; some suppliers’ enthusiasm for stockpiling has decreased, resulting in moderate market activity. Quotations for the methanol market in northern Jiangsu remain stable at 2,020–2,030 yuan per ton in cash terms. Orders are still mainly received through MTO; the traditional downstream sectors have not yet recovered, resulting in weak market activity. The methanol market in Anhui region has seen slight adjustments, with the market-guided price ranging from 1,900 to 1,970 yuan per ton upon acceptance; the price is lower in Huaibei and higher in Fuyang. There is limited substantial demand from end-users, resulting in modest trading volume at the market. The methanol price in northern Shaanxi remains stable at 1,600 yuan per ton; new prices are being established one after another, and the trading atmosphere is favorable. The methanol market in the Two Lakes region is operating in a regulated manner. Hubei-based companies are offering stable prices; the reference price is 2,000–2,050 yuan per ton in cash terms, while the actual price at the factory is around 1,870–1,900 yuan per ton in cash terms. Demand from downstream industries remains weak, and companies still have high inventory levels ； The Hunan market is moving in a steady and moderate manner; for negotiations, a reference price of 2080–2130 yuan per ton in cash can be used, with few actual transactions taking place.
