Our factory adopts the alcohol alkylation process in Anchun, Hunan. The main purpose of alcohol alkylation is to remove carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. The alcoholization process flow is that the hot gas at the outlet of the alcoholization tower goes to the preheater, then to the water cooler, then to the alcohol fraction, then to the purification tower, and then to the alkylation system. What I want to ask is that the circulation machine of the alcoholization system is installed after the alcohol separation. Why is it not installed after the alcohol purification tower, the last piece of equipment in the alcoholization system?
The water content of the gas increases and the gas temperature drops too low. It should be due to these two reasons.
It makes sense. Do you mean that the alcohol purification tower needs soft water to wash the methanol, so the water content is relatively large, and at the same time, the temperature of the process gas is relatively low after being washed. A relatively high water content will cause the circulating machine fluid to hit the rotary valve. I understand this. But what impact will low temperatures have on the cycle machine? What other reasons are there at the same time?
The circulation machine should not be turned on regularly. It only needs to be turned on when a trace amount is unqualified. The temperature rise of the circulation machine is not large, the inlet temperature is high, and the outlet is also high. Heat utilization is what I think. It is for reference only. Thank you.
