Water at 45 degrees in contact with gas at over 50 degrees

There is a tower used for cooling the gas; water at over 40 degrees flows from top to bottom, while gas at over 50 degrees flows from bottom to top, resulting in counterflow contact. After cooling, the gas exits from the top of the tower at around 40 degrees. Will this gas contain a large amount of water at this temperature? Points will be given for active discussion

Water inclusion always occurs; if the settling section above is made higher, less water will be included, and there’s also the foam breaker mesh. 2. There is usually a sedimentation tank behind this tower; we also have models where the sedimentation tank is directly attached to the top of the tower (with a partition in the middle and air lift holes). 3. When going out in temperatures over 40 degrees without heating or insulation, since temperatures usually don’t reach such high levels, condensation will definitely occur during the transfer of heat; this is related to the relationship between temperature and the saturated vapor pressure of water.
