Chromium-free Raspalt is applied to carbon steel and stainless steel; by forming a film with high sealing properties, it prevents external corrosive agents from penetrating and various forms of corrosion from occurring, thereby protecting the base material. (1) Completely chromium-free: No harmful chromium compounds are used at all. (2) High corrosion resistance: No red rust after 2000 hours of salt spray testing; 200 cycles in the composite cycle test. It not only resists salt spray but also corrosive gases, weathering, and acids and alkalis, boasting excellent film-based anti-corrosion properties. (3) Diversity: The basic colors are silver and black. Various colors can be provided according to customer requirements, and color tuning is also available. (4) Reduce locking: Minimize the occurrence of locking in stainless steel fasteners. (5) Decrease electrocorrosion: When in contact with aluminum and highly corrosion-resistant electroplated steels, it can significantly reduce electrocorrosion (alleviating corrosion caused by contact between different metals).
