Strengthen the organization of emergency plan drills, have personnel in relevant positions identify the hazards associated with their roles, and develop corresponding emergency plans based on these identified hazards, ensuring that the plans are practical and actionable. Regular drills should also be conducted so that managers and operators can carry out these plans correctly and proficiently. Enhance safety awareness by organizing specialized training and awareness-raising activities on safe production, so that all employees are familiar with and understand the operating procedures for their roles as well as safety knowledge related to fire prevention and explosion control, thereby improving their skills and awareness in safe operations. Strengthen inspections by strictly implementing the system of routine inspections at work posts and shift handovers, identifying the key areas that require protection for safe production, and improving the \"four-all\" inspection system that covers all employees, the entire process, all aspects, and around the clock.
