There are a few points I don’t understand in the design specifications for oil depots

I would like to ask the experts: Item 3 of clause 4.0.15 in the \"Code for Design of Oil Depots\" GB50074-2014 seems to be contrary to its explanatory notes. Item 3 of Article 4.0.15: The safety distance between buildings, structures, and facilities other than storage tanks at the two oil depots shall be increased by 50% in accordance with the provisions of Table 5.1.3 of these specifications. Strip note: 3 “It is feasible to increase the safety distance between buildings, structures, and facilities other than storage tanks at the two oil depots by 50% in accordance with the provisions of Table 5.1.3 of this specification.” This helps to reduce unnecessary land use, creating favorable conditions for locating oil depots. Personally, I think the provision reduces explanations by 50%. I’m not sure if what I think is correct
This means that between the two oil storage facilities, in addition to the storage tanks, an additional 50% spacing can be considered based on the distance between those two facilities; there is no need to account for the spacing required for fences and similar structures between the two companies, which actually helps to reduce the land required
There are many flaws in the oil storage facility regulations; this is just the tip of the iceberg – there are many more bugs that you can explore further~~~
