The first candidate for the EPC contract for the purification unit of Xinjiang Shanneng Chemical Co., Ltd.’s 800,000 tons per year coal-to-olefins project in Wucaiwan, Zhundong, is China Wuhuan Engineering Co., Ltd. The contract value is 750,615,818 yuan. The EPC work for the purification unit involves all aspects related to the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of processes, pipelines, equipment, civil works, powder handling systems, thermal engineering, structural elements, site layout, water supply and drainage systems, fire protection measures, instrumentation and automation systems, electrical installations, telecommunications systems, HVAC systems, lighting, corrosion prevention measures, insulation, environmental engineering, building construction, and road infrastructure. The EPC project for this facility is a turnkey project, which includes but is not limited to: detailed geological surveys (additional surveys), site grading (including secondary grading), and detailed design ； Hardening of the ground within the red line of the plant and building areas, equipment foundations, pipe supports, as well as walkways, ramps, and steps (including drainage areas); grading of the area from the red line of the plant area to the inside edge of the road curb ； Fabrication and installation of equipment, pipelines, and steel structures ； Insulation and corrosion protection for equipment and pipelines ； System purging, airtightness testing, and single-unit trial operation ； Corrosion protection for floor surfaces and equipment foundations ； On-site instrument installation, cable tray cable laying, wiring, and commissioning ； Water supply and drainage pipelines within the boundary area, power supply and distribution within the boundary area, as well as lighting systems and lightning and static electricity protection grounding systems within the boundary area ； Safety and fire protection within the area ； All other EPC general contracting tasks required for the successful construction of this project, such as those related to pipe galleries and pipe racks within the site, as well as the preparation of completion documents ； Train the tendering party’s personnel ； Guide tasks such as joint commissioning, trial operation with feedstock, support for performance testing, and acceptance handover ； Assume the quality warranty responsibilities and logistics support during the quality warranty period. The purification facility includes a low-temperature methanol washing unit, a refrigeration station, carbon dioxide compression and CCUS units, sulfur recovery units (in two series), a sulfur granulation and packaging plant, and a warehouse for finished sulfur products. The main products include purified gas for methanol synthesis units, CO2 carrier gas for transporting pulverized coal in gasification units, industrial liquid CO2, and sulfur products that meet the requirements of Grade A as specified in \"Industrial Sulfur – Part 1: Solid Products\" (GB/T2449.1-2021).
