I have a question for the teachers: According to Article 5.2.3 of the \"Code for Design of Oil Reserve Depots\" GB50737-2011, the width of fire roads should not be less than 11 m, of which the width of the road surface itself should not be less than 7 m. How are the width of fire roads and the width of their surfaces defined?

I think the width of the fire road is the same as the width of the road surface. Does \"road surface\" refer to a hardened surface? Does the width of a fire road include the width of the paved surface and the width of the lawns on both sides?
Road width: includes curbs and sidewalks, etc. Road width: The distance measured from the inside of the road shoulder, representing the effective lateral width available for vehicles to travel on.
