Nine major design institutes of the Ministry of Chemical Industry

Many posts these days don’t contain any new information; they’re still based on information from a long time ago. The nine design institutes of the Ministry of Chemical Industry have all become engineering companies; their locations and areas of expertise have changed to some extent. I would also appreciate some guidance from experts; I’ll update and organize it before uploading it for sharing.
The former Ministry of Chemical Industry had nine design institutes, from the First Design Institute to the Ninth Design Institute, each with its own characteristics and areas of expertise. These design institutes have now been reorganized into engineering companies. 1. Tianchen Engineering Company, First Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. Location: Tianjin. Key projects: fine chemicals, coal chemicals, petrochemicals, fertilizer plants, soda ash production facilities, calcium carbide, and caustic soda. 2. Saiding Engineering Company, Second Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. Location: Taiyuan. Strong areas of expertise: coal-to-oil (natural gas), coal chemistry, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry. 3. Donghua Engineering Company, Third Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. Location: Hefei. Strong areas of expertise: water treatment, inorganic chemistry, coal chemistry. 4. Wuhuan Engineering Company, Fourth Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. Location: Wuhan. Strong areas of expertise: natural gas chemistry, petrochemicals, coal chemistry, syngas chemistry, fertilizers. 5. Sinopec Ningbo Engineering Company, Fifth Design Institute of the Chemical Industry Department. Location: Ningbo. Key project areas: natural gas chemistry, petrochemicals, coal chemistry, and syngas chemistry. 6. Hualu Engineering Company, the Sixth Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. Location: Xi’an. Key areas of expertise: petrochemicals, natural gas chemicals, coal chemicals, fine chemicals, organic chemicals, calcium carbide. 7. Sinopec Nanhua Design Institute, the Seventh Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. Location: Nanjing. 8. China Chengda Engineering Co., Ltd., the Eighth Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. Location: Chengdu. Key areas of expertise: petrochemicals, natural gas chemicals, salt chemicals, coal chemicals, fine chemicals, soda ash, caustic soda, fertilizers. 9. CNPC Design Northeast Company, Ninth Design Institute of the Chemical Engineering Department. Location: Jilin. The Design Institutes No. 7 and No. 9 that used to belong to Jihua Group are somewhat behind in terms of development; it is hoped that they will catch up as soon as possible! There’s also Global Engineering Company, where many of the veterans from the First Design Institute of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry work.
I searched for some information online; it may not be accurate, so I welcome any corrections from those who are more knowledgeable!
This information is known within the industry; it’s not anything new. Additionally, Sinopec Nanjing Engineering Company (formerly the 7th Research Institute of Chemistry) is quite capable; it is a well-known international EPC company in the Middle East.
The main team of Saiding Engineering Company has moved to Ningbo, right?
What about East China, SEI, and the like?
Except for the Seventh and Ninth Hospitals, the others seem to have Class A comprehensive hospital status.

Yes, many items haven’t been updated; as you mentioned, the Seventh Research Institute for Fundamental Technologies doesn’t specify its strong areas or the design fields in which it excels.
