Generally, in the cleaning tanks for equipment in non-clean areas, hot water is produced using a steam-water mixer, which is convenient and fast. However, some pharmaceutical factory customers have reported that the hot water mixed with steam has a strong rusty smell, and when it is used again after a long period of not being in use, rusty water flows out. I would appreciate it if you could recommend a device that uses steam to heat tap water to produce hot water, one that can separate the steam from the tap water, is compact like a soda mixer, allows for quick and easy production of hot water, and most importantly, has a low cost.
Get a heat exchanger to remove the steam.
