1. Operation (1): Power on. A. Confirm the operation button; B. Turn on the oil pump motor ; C. Start the main machine to the desired rotational speed ; D. Add clean water for 3–5 minutes. After confirming that the operation is normal, close the clean water valve and open the feed valve. Set the feed rate at approximately one-third of the normal processing capacity. Pay attention to the operating condition of the main machine; if it operates normally, the feed rate can be increased to the normal processing level after ten minutes. E. Observe whether the host runs smoothly and whether the processing results are normal; confirm whether the startup is successful. (2) Operation A. Since this machine is not a unattended type, it is recommended that on-site operators inspect all parts of the machine every half hour during its operation. B. Timely handle abnormal situations and keep operation records. (3) Shutdown. A. Close the feed valve and keep the main machine running for 10 minutes to allow the solid particles present inside the drum to be properly discharged from it ; B. The control unit sets the separation speed so that the main unit operates at 10~15HZ with the main motor. C. Open the flush water valve and let water run for at least 15 minutes. Even if the flushing is completed before 15 minutes, continue flushing until the 15-minute mark before closing the flush valve. D. Stop the main unit by using the button on the control cabinet unit; the full-stop process may take approximately 10 to 15 minutes. During shutdown, observe the water discharge from the outlet after the drum has stopped rotating. A completely cleaned machine should discharge clear cleaning fluid. If the liquid discharged after the drum stops rotating is not clear, continue the cleaning process. Once cleaning is complete, shut down the machine. E. Oil pump motor ; F.
