May I ask, should the combustible and toxic gas alarm controller be placed in the DCS cabinet room?

Our company is a newly established chemical and pharmaceutical enterprise. We noticed that the construction team placed the combustible and toxic gas alarm controllers in the DCS cabinet room, and we feel this approach is incorrect. I would like to ask if there are any specific standards or regulations requiring that combustible gas alarms be installed in areas where there are personnel on duty? Thank you
Firstly, the DCS cabinet room is designed to be explosion-resistant and has high strength, which ensures safety. Secondly, the function of the toxic gas alarm controller is to send out alarm signals and information on the gas concentration as soon as a sensor detects toxic gases, thereby alerting operators; it must therefore be placed in a safe and reliable location. In summary, there is no problem with placing it in the DCS cabinet room
The controller should be placed in the control room. I remember there’s something called the Flammable and Explosive Gases Design Code, which specifies that it must be located there; check that document – I’ve forgotten exactly which one it is
