Production of hydrogen as a by-product in the conversion of coke oven gas to LNG

Planned new project: 12,000 NM3/h of coke oven gas is to be used for PSA hydrogen production; the hydrogenation unit on the downstream side will require approximately 2,000 NM3 of hydrogen. Since not all of the hydrogen will be used, the question is: what are the possible ways to make use of the excess coke oven gas in other applications? What are the good approaches and ideas from an economic and feasibility perspective? Reducing the load can meet the hydrogen demand at the backend, mainly by considering other possibilities such as the reuse of coke oven gas to avoid waste.
