What is the role of the approver on the design blueprint within the design firm? What qualifications are required? On the design blueprint, does the “approval” mark only need to be signed on the first page (summary)? Where else does it need to be signed? May I ask what is the basis for the relevant signing? TSG 21-2016 relates to pressure vessels. The approver is equivalent to the reviewer in ordinary blueprints. I would like to ask: are there any requirements or regulations regarding signing the approval after the reviewer’s signature on blueprints that are not pressure vessels?
