The first formula should represent the total system leakage rate that needs to be taken into account when calculating the pumping speed of a vacuum pump, with the vacuum pump in operation; The second is the vacuum level test of the vacuum system, an indicator specified by the standards: the increase in vacuum level after the vacuum pump is turned off. There’s no comparison between the two, right? .
