Fire classification of aluminum ash powder

Aluminum ash powder can react with water in the air to produce ammonia; the amount produced is not large, but an ammonia odor is present at the site. Therefore, should the warehouse used for storing this solid waste aluminum ash be classified as a Class B fire hazard area? Sure. Referring to the Building Code, this item is not included in the definition for Category B; how should its fire category be determined? I would appreciate suggestions from those with more experience.
Among the fire categories, solids that can produce Class A gases are clearly defined as such, but there are no regulations regarding those that produce Class B gases. Could someone please explain this?
The explanatory notes in the Code for Building Design regarding the classification of fire hazards for stored items state that aluminum powder belongs to Category B
