Technical requirements for centrifuge auxiliary equipment: The complete production line for purifying crude sulfur provided includes: 1. Sulfur melting treatment – crude sulfur is fed into the auxiliary equipment and the temperature is raised to 180°C; at the same time, deionized water and adsorbents are added, and the temperature is increased further to 120–130°C to melt the crude sulfur, resulting in a mixture of liquid sulfur, water, and adsorbents; 2. Adsorption treatment: The aforementioned mixture of crude liquid sulfur, water, and adsorbent is stirred at a temperature of 120–130°C for 1.5–3 hours to obtain the resulting mixture ; 3. Liquid-liquid separation: The aforementioned mixture is transferred to a high-temperature and high-pressure centrifuge with a ratio of 180:1, where it is separated into three layers. The lower layer containing insoluble solid particles as well as the tar layer with a higher specific gravity are removed, followed by the removal of the upper water layer, leaving behind the liquid sulfur layer in the middle ; 4. Filtration: Transfer the aforementioned liquid sulfur layer into a filtration device to obtain liquid sulfur through filtration ; 5. Cooling treatment: Transfer the aforementioned liquid sulfur into a cooling container and cool it down to obtain sulfur of qualified quality. 6. Optionally, the qualified sulfur undergoes oxidation treatment, followed by filtration and further cooling, to produce top-quality sulfur.
The technical requirements for the auxiliary equipment of the fully automatic centrifuge for sulfur purification are as follows: 1. Sulfur melting process: The equipment must be capable of accepting crude sulfur, heating it to 180°C, and simultaneously adding deionized water and adsorbent. It should then be heated to 120–130°C so that the crude sulfur melts, forming a mixture of molten sulfur, water, and adsorbent. 2. Adsorption treatment: The equipment must be capable of stirring the mixture at a temperature of 120–130°C for 1.5–3 hours in order to carry out the adsorption treatment. 3. Liquid separation: The equipment must be capable of transferring the aforementioned mixture to a centrifuge operating at high temperature and pressure of 180°C for liquid separation. This process takes place in three stages: insoluble solid particles and the tar layer with a higher specific gravity are removed first, followed by the water layer, leaving behind the liquid sulfur layer in the middle. 4. Filtration processing: The equipment must be capable of transferring the aforementioned liquid sulfur layer into a filtration device, where the liquid sulfur is filtered to obtain purified liquid sulfur. 5. Cooling process: The equipment must be capable of transferring the aforementioned liquid sulfur into a cooling container, where it is cooled down to produce sulfur products that meet the required standards. 6. Optionally, if high-quality sulfur is required, the equipment must also be capable of oxidizing the qualified sulfur, followed by filtration and re-cooling. These steps can further improve the purity and quality of sulfur. The above are the main technical requirements for the auxiliary equipment of the fully automatic centrifuge for sulfur purification; design and customization can be carried out according to actual needs. .
