May I ask whether combustible and toxic gas detection probes should be installed in Zone 0, Zone 1, or Zone 2? What is the basis for this? ?
6.1.1 The detector should be installed in a location free from impacts, vibrations, and strong electromagnetic interference, and where it is easy to carry out maintenance. The clear distance between the detector’s installation site and the surrounding process pipelines or equipment should be at least 0.5 m. 6.1.2 When detecting flammable gases or toxic gases that are heavier than air, the installation height of the detector should be between 0.3 m and 0.6 m above the floor (or floor slab); when detecting flammable gases or toxic gases that are lighter than air, the installation height of the detector should be within 2.0 m above the source of release. When detecting flammable gases or toxic gases that are slightly heavier than air, the installation height of the detector should be between 0.5 m and 1.0 m below the source of emission; when detecting flammable gases or toxic gases that are slightly lighter than air, the installation height of the detector should be between 0.5 m and 1.0 m above the source of emission
