Student CaiCai: I really don’t know how to draw PID diagrams. The tutorials I’ve seen seem vague and not very useful; I have no idea how to do it, and I can’t even find wind rose diagrams. Is there anyone who can explain this clearly to me? UwU
Wind roses for Zibo City cannot be found online; drawing one by oneself results in inaccurate data. Is it really necessary to use a wind rose? What is its purpose anyway?

Well, when drawing a PID diagram, a wind rose diagram isn’t necessary; it’s only needed when creating a layout plan. If you need a wind rose diagram, ask the organizers for a certificate and apply to the local meteorological bureau in Zibo.
