Wastewater containing bromine leaks cannot be discharged directly into sewage treatment plants; it must first be collected and then subjected to special treatment. Depending on the extent of the leakage, if the amount leaked is small, it can be collected and diluted to meet emission standards before being released ； In the event of a large-scale leak, chemical treatment or neutralization must be carried out first; only after meeting the safety discharge standards can it be sent to the wastewater treatment plant.
