Construction Content: The project involves the construction of a 360,000 tons/year DNT production unit, a 600,000 tons/year waste acid concentration unit, a 230,000 tons/year TDA production unit, and a 300,000 tons/year TDI production unit. Additionally, there will be a 300,000 tons/year ion-exchange membrane caustic soda production unit (using more than 40% industrial waste salt in the production process), a 270,000 tons/year nitric acid production unit, a 210,000 tons/year ammonium chloride production unit, as well as various auxiliary and supporting facilities. The present invention includes a phosgenation reactor, within which a mixing tank is fixedly installed. A phosgene pipe and a feed pipe are fixedly installed on either side of the phosgenation reactor; one end of each of the phosgene pipe and the feed pipe extends into the mixing tank. A jet injector is arranged on the feed pipe, and a miniature discharge pump is fixedly installed at the bottom of the mixing tank. The water inlet end of the miniature discharge pump is connected to the interior of the mixing tank. By incorporating shunt reaction tubes, this invention allows the mixture to be divided and sent to various shunt reaction tubes, from where it is then fed into the phosgene gasification reactor for further reaction. The mixture is subsequently pumped back using a circulation pump, which enables a more uniform mixing of phosgene with the raw materials.
