Construction Content and Scale: Utilizing biomass from urban and rural areas as well as industrial waste gases, the existing 300,000 tons per year aromatication facility will be upgraded. More than 2,800 units of equipment, including biomass synthesis systems, bio-fermentation systems, and by-product treatment systems, will be added, enabling annual production of 300,000 tons of sustainable aviation fuel SAF and biodiesel. One of these facilities will have an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of green methanol and bioethanol, while also producing 100,000 tons of sustainable aviation fuel SAF and biodiesel. Hubei Tianji Bioenergy Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 and is a company focused on the comprehensive utilization of waste resources. The company’s main market areas include the production and sale of biodiesel and related products, as well as industrial-grade blended oils. It also provides services for the collection, transportation, and treatment of urban and rural waste, as well as handling kitchen waste and used fats. The third-generation \"ultra-clean biodiesel production technology line\" developed through independent research and development has reached an advanced level in China in terms of clean production, safety, and environmental protection. The “Wuchang Area Food Waste Recycling and Disposal BOO Project” and the “Wuchang Area Food Waste Recycling and Disposal Phase II Project,” which are under construction and operation, represent the model projects for food waste disposal in Hubei Province. The planned and operational projects utilize waste oils (grease from kitchens, wastewater oil) as raw materials to produce 100,000 tons of biodiesel and 200,000 tons of high-quality bio-oil (industrial-grade mixed oil) per year, through two ultra-clean and integrated production lines. Discussions are currently underway regarding a project to invest in 250,000 tons of HVO and green aviation kerosene SAF.
