The OPC program independently developed by Huanqiu Hebei Company was successfully launched after passing pressure tests using a hundred intelligent drawings from the Fushun Ethylene Intelligent PID project team. It is reported that OPC, as a key identifier for pipelines that span multiple pages in PID drawings, its accuracy directly affects the efficiency of collaboration between related teams. However, in large-scale projects, parallel design across multiple areas often leads to issues such as duplicate OPC numbers and inconsistent pairing, which reduces the quality of the drawings and requires repeated verification among different teams, thus hindering the efficiency of project execution. To improve the drawing efficiency of intelligent PID systems, the Digital Transformation Team at Huanqiu Hebei Company adopted an innovative development model that combined AI assistance with human collaboration. Through close cooperation with experts in process engineering and piping, and after multiple rounds of business logic analysis and algorithm optimization, the core functions were developed by the middle of the year. These functions passed pressure tests using hundreds of intelligent PID drawings, and the system was successfully launched.
