On September 19, a tender announcement was issued for the EPC general contracting of the hydrogen production section of the Zhangjiakou Wind-Hydrogen Integrated Source-Grid-Load-Storage Comprehensive Demonstration Project (Phase I). According to the tender announcement, the EPC general contracting for the hydrogen production portion of the Zhangjiakou Wind-Hydrogen Integrated Source-Grid-Load-Storage Comprehensive Demonstration Project (Phase I) is located in Zhangbei Town, Zhangbei County, Zhangjiakou City. Construction scale: Hydrogen production system: A hydrogen production system with a capacity of 16,000 Nm³/h ; Energy storage system: 8,000 Nm³ hydrogen energy storage system ; Power generation system: 40 MW hydrogen fuel cell power generation system. Construction contents: Includes a hydrogen production workshop, power station, storage tank area, compression unit, charging and power distribution prefabricated building, hydrogen refueling canopy, substation, fire water pump room, control room, comprehensive office building, guardhouse, billing room, fire water tank, accident emergency tank/rainwater monitoring tank, fuel cell power generation area, utility facilities, auxiliary production facilities, hydrogen production system, energy storage system, power generation system, etc. Scheduled completion time: The project shall be completed within 300 days from the date of signing the contract. Scope of bidding: The preliminary design, technical design, construction drawing design, equipment procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, trial operation of this project until its successful completion and overall handover; as well as all services required to be performed in coordination with the owner during the project implementation process. Joint bids are accepted for this tender; the number of consortia shall not exceed two.
