Basis for determination: \"Safety requirements for fixed steel ladders and platforms – Part 3: Industrial guardrails and steel platforms\" (GB4053.3-2009), 4.1.1 All open edges of platform walkways or working surfaces that are 1.2 meters or more above the adjacent floor or ground below shall be equipped with guardrails. \"Safety requirements for fixed steel ladders and platforms – Part 2: Steel inclined ladders\" (GB4053.2-2009) 5.6.2 Inverted inclined ladders with a width of not more than 1100 mm and an open side shall be equipped with handrails on at least the open side. 5.6.6 The center line of the ladder handrail shall be parallel to the inclination line of the ladder. The height of the handrail on the closed side of the ladder, measured vertically from the upper surface of the tread flange to the upper surface of the handrail, shall be not less than 860 mm and not more than 960 mm. 5.6.7 The height of the handrail on the open side of an inclined ladder shall not be lower than the height of the railing specified in GB4053.3. 5.6.8 The handrail shall be continuously graspable along its entire length. The distance between the outer surface of the handrail and other surrounding objects should be no less than 60 mm. According to Clause 4.2.10 of the \"Code for Safety and Health Design of Chemical Enterprises\" (HG 20571-2014), personal anti-static protective equipment shall be provided in workplaces where there is a risk of static electricity hazards ； At the entrances of areas where fire and explosion prevention measures are critical, devices for dissipating static electricity from the human body should be installed.
