On April 15, an invitation for tender was issued for the preliminary design of the CGN New Energy integrated wind and solar hydrogen production project in Balin Left Banner, Inner Mongolia. This project is the CGN Balin Zuoqi integrated wind and solar hydrogen production project, which includes components such as a wind farm, a hydrogen production plant, interconnection lines, and transmission systems. The wind power generation capacity is 500MW, while the hydrogen production facility’s capacity is 46,000 Nm³/h. Bidding content and scope: including but not limited to: topographic surveying ； Detailed engineering geological surveys of each turbine site in the wind farm, the routes of the collection lines, and the location of the step-up substation, as well as the engineering geology of the hydrogen production station ； Design of roads in hydrogen production stations and wind farm areas ； Design of fan foundation and box substation foundation ； Substation design (220kV) ； Design of on-site power collection circuits ； Design of hydrogen production stations, etc. Design timeline and requirements for submitted deliverables: The preliminary design work shall be completed within 20 working days. Bidders are allowed to submit bids in a consortium format for this tender, but it is necessary to designate the project manager for this work, that is, the leading design agency. Bidders must hold certifications under the ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO45000 series, or equivalent quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management system certifications.
