Tests have shown that parameters such as product performance and dimensional accuracy meet the user’s requirements, indicating that Shanggang now has the capability to produce these high-value-added products in a stable manner, thereby expanding its market opportunities further. As a high-performance European standard H-beam, HE700M features large cross-sectional dimensions and high yield strength, and is widely used in key areas such as high-rise buildings and industrial facilities, offering significant benefits. To ensure successful development in one attempt, the technical team at the steel mill focused on the setting of hole shape roll gaps and the allocation of compression amounts, standardized the key aspects of rolling, revised the rolling procedures, and precisely matched the elongation coefficients of the flanges and web, thereby effectively preventing wave defects in the web ； Strengthen inspections of dimensions and surface quality in the rolling process, optimize straightening parameters in the finishing process, and completely eliminate shape defects.
